Dashboard Cluster / Are they completely sealed?
Does anyone know where I can get a replacement Dashboard? My gas and temp gauge lights are blown?
I thought I could just replace the light bulbs but I am now hearing from the dealership that the dash is completely sealed?
Any info would be great, where can I get a replcement?
Thanks for all the help?
Cheers,
Brock Joubarne

Thanks for the info I am looking into this alternative...
I have a Canadian Oshawa Built 2001 Monte Carlo SS with Full Load... It's a nice car and I am going to put some pictures up of this car... It's a really nice car, I bought it from the Dealer as a demo and had no problems with it at all... it's been great... However these dashboard bulbs that have burnt kinda got me a little down...
I have had this car for six years, it has lifetime body warranty and it's put away every winter!
So all in all I should have a car that lasts! LOL
Thanks again for all the info...

I had an '01 SS LE from 39,000mi to 116,000mi, then got this '04 Intimidator SS.
Can't say I didn't have problems with it, tho. But the Oshawa cars have the highest quality ratings of ALL the GM plants! I have put 58,000mi on this car with the only problem being a broken flex plate from a defective torque convertor. I drive'em in the winter, tho.

the lights are change abel/ they just refuse to do it as they are soldiering on the breadbord.
they made the lights unserviceabel
I have all o f mine change from the stock Whit lights to U.V. purple L.E.D.'s so i know this can be done and i have done this on other G.M. cars also. with out any issues. the cavaliers and sunbirds/fires have this same style dash.
if you can sodier you can go to Radio shack or a eletronics store and get the bulbs you need they are nothign more then a grain of wheat bulbs for 12volts. just unsodier one and replace it with the new one. or do like i did wiht the LED's and never change them again.
JUST MAKE SURE IF YOU GET LEDS WITH OUT A 12VOLT RATING TO GE TTHE RESISTORS ALSO
