Default Cracked Power Steering Rack Part

I've replaced every part of my power steering system including a reman rack and pinion, but I'm still having a leak on the passenger side of the vehicle. It seemed like the leak was coming from the passenger side boot, so I replaced both the boots recently. The passenger side went fine, but when I went to take the drivers side off I found out it was absolutely full of power steering fluid, and this plastic sleeve part was cracked all the way through.

I figure that the fluid was being pushed through the vent line to the passenger side boot when I turn and leaking from there. Is there something that can be done about this, or do I need to replace the rack again?
