coolant
Has anybody heard of waterless coolant well if not this stuff is made by Evens. It has a higher boiling point that makes your engine run cooler plus it is a liftime fix never have to change it you can even take rad cap off nothing happens. But there is a little work to do before you put it in .You have to drain the engine and rad and heater completely and flush it with a prep liquid that evens has then pour the coolant in and that is it done pretty cool.
Now I am looking at a lifetime oil filter you just have to wash every 6 months you get cleaner oil and the oil last longer i will post more when I find out

Typically when you clean a filter you need to let that filter air dry for a while.
I wouldn't want my car to sit without an oil filter for any extended period of time. You don't want the pump to dry out

I have heard of the coolant before, but as I recall there was something about it where I could not use it. And looking back now I'm glad we did not as we have had my engine apart here and there, lost coolant due to other reasons and it is on the spendy side,. as well it's not a common off the shelf item to replenish if you lost a hose while on the road. You might have to drain your whole system and start over, and then drain it again when you get back home and add the Evans again. Sam could not even use it in his Monte, there was something weird about it. Look into it more before you jump. A permanent oil filter? Perhaps Chibi's observation has merit to it, not letting the oil pump dry etc. Might have to buy 2 filters to rotate out. What do they cost versus an average filter, how much would one save in 5 years if they changed their filter 4 times a year?
