I actually do prefer the radio method. I like seeing the confirmation that it was done

Plus you don't have to turn the car off to do it if you are driving and it pops on. Just shut off the radio and do it while going lol

Yeah, cause that's what we need, a bunch of guys rolling down the street focused on their radio and trying to scroll through so many options while driving down the road

It's not like it's hard. You use your one hand and hold the button down until you hear a beep, then it's seriously 4 presses.

I'd say it's no more dangerous than changing a radio station. And can easily be done before a red-light turns green.

Very good point! You seem to have it down to a science, good job.

Had the car for 9 years, changed oil every 3000 miles or less, at 162,000 miles I'd say the oil was changed 54 times, probably more (because if my car sits a while or I do some modding where I open the engine up I'll change the oil just in case. So figure I've done this procedure about 60 times :P

(Plus I always do it for my sister's Impala SS, she just refuses to learn)

Default Battery dying while Car is off

Hey guys, So my car is not starting after it has been sitting for any longer than 30 minutes...The Alternator is good, and the Battery is new and fine...My issue is that the battery is drawing power while it is off and sitting...Can't seem to figure out where it is drawing the power from while it is off...Anybody have any ideas?

Thanks
Doug

this is my favorite, it could be the trunk light staying on.

How to test this: close yourself in the trunk.... BTW take your cell phone just incase your trunk release does not work. lol this was so much fun with my wife I let her bang on the trunk for 5-10 min
