Changing Struts, what else should I change?

Hello all.

I have an 03 SS with 165K, I am shaking on the freeway at 60 - 75 mph. I have changed all the tires and they are properly balanced but did show signs of uneven wear (out of round type of wear). I purchased new struts and am going to have them installed. I am wondering what else I should change "while in there". I feel that I have a vibration while accelerating which would suggest motor mounts possibly? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You did get it aligned when you got the new tires right?

Otherwise, my guess would be the shocks (at least thats a good place to start, especially with that many miles)

Always do struts with mounts.

I was going to have it aligned after I change the struts, I did the tires last week knowing that I have to at least change the struts ln the front. I am leaning towards the motor mounts but they get misdiagnosed so often and from what I can tell are not an easy 30 minute job on the Monte's.
