Hi everyone, new guy here so please don be too rough. lol Too cut to the chase I have a 98 monte z34. I had to replace the ignition lock, yeah that was all good and smooth going, now. I for some reason can not get the first black plate back onto the steering shaft. i have pushed and pushed only to come up about a 1/4 in short on getting the ring into the grove. what am I missing or not doing? advice or tips are greatly appreciated.....
