Default A/C only works on 5

Ok Mona has been acting crazy lately like blowing warm air then cold but now the ac only works on 5 and its blowing cold like it should. 1 through 4 do activate the radiator fans but cold air just comes out with no force, like opening a freezer. I dont know what to do please help! By the way it is a 2002 SS

so you only get a/c on fan speed 5, switch it off a/c and see if 1-4 work without the a/c

ok then it shouldn't be a problem with the air conditioning unit itself. So that means its the blower, i had a similar issue in another vehicle and it was the blower resister pack. Speed 5 should run straight from the fuse box, speeds 1-4 have to go through the resistor pack to slow it down. Thats my guess, maybr someone with some more knowledge can confirm.
