Default Break lights not working

Ok my break lights are not working and the traction control light keeps coming on. I know I need a new wheel hub for the right side. Could this be causing the fuse to keep blowing everytime I put in a new fuse then hit the break pedal or is it something else. Then on the relay below the fuse that I am pointing to in the picture the relay is burnt and melted on the bottom as shown.

its possible you might have bad wiring somewhere along, my heated seats does something similar to this, i just put in a bigger amp fuse and its a temp fix. dont know id that will apply here but hopefully one of the members who is better at wiring could possibly help better

Out of curiosity, in the first pic, why does it look like a wire is being jumped into a relay?? That might be related to blowing fuses and burning things out.

FYI - Moved to Monte Carlo Repair help.

So I don't think it has to do with the wheel hub because I unplugged it just to see what would happen and it still does that. With a bigger fuse that doesn't work either. The fuse doesnt pop but still the break lights do not work.

Have you checked the brake light switch at the pedal? I had mine break in my Chevy Truck once before and that was the reason.

OK, but you may want to look into a better wiring setup then pressure fitting it with another relay/fuse. Even if it's not the cause of a problem now, it might be in the future.
