So my search for high octane fuel failed in Oelwein today as all four gas stations only offer 89, they quit offering 93 awhile ago I've been doing some reasearch and apprently BP offers 91-93 depending on which station ocatne. My question is, is that still true, the atricles I found were from 2006, and there is a BP in Independence Iowa which is a little further thanI prefer to go but If they have it then I will go the extra miles to get it just wondered if anyone knew, otherwise I will check next time I go to Wal-Mart.

 

they may but are you supercharged or tuned?

why are you looking to go higher octane?

i would try and call that gas station and ask a worker

^^^Yeah I have no problem finding it either but I guess it varies in other parts of the country

 

Yes having a very hard tome finding it its all either diesel, 87 or 89 wiht 10% ethanol. Oelwein supposedly still has it but only on the middle pump at quick star, and if not Independence has it at Go America for $3.79 a gallon. And yes lol I'm looking for it for my Supercharged SS I work pretty much all day everyday until friday so I will be filling it up on Saturday.
