Hi I have a problem with my headlights I can not turn them on when I do the light in the radio and the dic start to flash they get brighter and flash .I here a clicking sound in the drivers side fuse compartment.have replaced headlights , headlight relay in the side fuse block just replaced light switch still flickers also when the car is off and you pull out light switch it starts clicking on drivers side in that fuse block . Is it possible that the bcm is going bad.
