Not a difficult job, just be sure to get the woodruff key in the groove on the crank properly when you install the new one.
Hey Plumbob, any suggestions for removing the crankshaft pulley bolt? I was under the impression the pulley would be held by the engine, but when I try to loosen the bolt with my socket, the whole pulley turns.

What am I missing

If it's that cheap I would go that route. It will probably be $30 just to ship it.

You need to get under the car and remove the plastic guard covering the flex plate. Once that's removed tightly place a pair of vise grips on the flex plate and slowly turn the crank pulley until the vise grips catch the case of the trans then eat your Wheaties and break the bolt loose
