When I turn my Air on cold air only blows out on the passenger side, but not the driver side. Had my system check out and they didnt detect any problems with my system. is there a main vent inside the dash thats close off thats stopping cool air to blow through the driver side vents?

Does any air blow out the driver side? It could be a diverter door.

if your car has dual zone (which it probably does) i don't remember the exact procedure but i think if you pull out the HVAC fuse from drivers side fuse panel for 15 mins it will relearn the HVAC motor doors when you put it back in and start the engine. there are seperate blend doors for each side and are operated by small dc motors . they are around $140 and are mounted on the side of the HVAC box under the dash. try the fuse thing first and see if it relearns its position.
someone with a tech 2 scanner can diagnose this very quickly.

Yes its blowing on the driver side but its like the cold air is being blocked off. Its not as cold as the two vents on the passenger side.

try the relearn and if it doesn't work put the blower on the lowest fan setting and move the drivers side temp slider, listen for the motor moving the door.
and if you havn't changed your cabin filter in a while do that too. if neither of those help i can't guess which thing to tell you to try i would need to see the car but i doubt your close to hamilton, ontario.

When I adjust the the driver temp slider it gets hot when I move it to the red but when I move it down to the cold blue side it doesnt get as cold as the two vents on the passenger side.

After the 15 mins. how long does it take to relearn? Do I have to drive for it to relearn or what?
