Default 97 z 34 3400

keep gettin small air pocket in cooling system add about 2 cups of coolant thru the bleeder valve at the thermostat housing any ideas on whats causing this ive replace radiator (it had a crack in it ) replaced water pump with oem after it was replaced with aftermarket ive used an intaked sealer in it to try to make sure intake manifold is not leaking it was nano tech with small fibers sealer i been pulling this stuff out of radiator cap when checkin coolant in the mornings this car was overheating by the way seems to be getting better thoughts and or ideas welcome

Well 2 things you might check.
1. sometimes the thermostats are defective even a new one.
2 maybe have the system pressure tested at your favorite Garage and see what they come up with.
Also I goggled it and found some youtube links to check this is just the first one, that popped up

Could be a gasket failing, intake or head gasket especially... Is it a 3400 or a 3.4 DOHC?

It's a 97, ergo it's a DOHC. Poor him.
