Strange issue. I replaced my battery and now the dash has a "service battery" warning light. Alternator is charging fine at 14VDC. Not sure why it coincided with the battery replacement but figured I'd start with what went wrong. Back story is - I was given the wrong battery on a Saturday by several parts houses. I had to wait the rest of the weekend for a Monday to return them. By then somehow I lost track of a small wire and where it went. Not many choices but wanted to see if anyone could verify. Any help appreciated. Thanks.
This is the source , an isolated plug. Fig'd it could go to ground if it was isolated? Here it is as routed. I threw it in with the 2 large positive wires all under the positive clamp.
