2003 monte alarm

Default 2003 monte alarm

Hey guys new here I,m trying to help a friend out she disconnected the battery for the winter and now the alarm don't work does she need to reset something Thanks for any help

Turn power on radio off and hold tune/display dial in for about 5/10 seconds. It will flash to settings.Use the #1&2 control to scroll over to where you will see alarm(mine is 7 to the right). When display shows ALARM use #3&4 control to choose either on or off(there will be a * mark beside whatever is used)make the * beside on and press the tune/display dial to accept and exit.
