Finally figured it out... The large connector below the under-hood fuse box was not seated. The lever looked like it was locked closed; But, it was actually open. I decided to remake that connection and luckily I had the key on and heard the door open noise.

So now the job is complete. Trans works fluid level topped off. Engine runs as good as it did before this mess. I've got to go for a wheel alignment and break the rust off the rotors. Then I am going to need a modulator for the O2 sensor because I gutted the cat. Thanks for the support!
