Default 2002 MC SS electrical issues

Hey guys! I love my Monte Carlo, but she has been giving me a lot of weird problems lately, and they seem to only be getting worse. I wanted to get some opinions before I start spending a ton of money on parts I probably don't even need. I noticed that a lot of people have similar problems. Here is what has been happening:

* headlights sometimes flash while driving
* dash lights used to go out periodically, but are now completely out. All of the fuses have been checked and are good.
* there has been a "clicking" sound coming from behind the dash, only when the car is off
* my keyless entry remote stopped working a few weeks ago. At first I thought it just needed a new battery so I replaced it and still didn't work. I have ordered a new one and am waiting for it to come in.
* my battery has been dead a few times the last week. Takes a jump right away. I had the battery, alternator and starter all tested and all are fine.
* the headlights and reverse lights blink sometimes when the car is off

Please help! Lol

Clicking is usually a fuse. You checked all under the hood and both driver and passenger side?

Other option is possible BCM failure. Whenever cars start to act "funny" with electricals, it can be that.
