2001 Monte Ls rear defroster isn't working
#11
I first tried the Permatex product available at a lot of parts stores, I actually bought two packages since there was so little product in them. That was a waste of about $28. It didn't go on easy, didn't hold and plus the electrical conductivity was really bad.
I ordered the FrostFighter kit along with a new tab and the stuff worked great! You get lots of product, enough for multiple repairs, plus its really easy to work with and can also fill in any grid damage from the tab being pulled off. I think the resin/hardener, replacement tab and shipping came out to be 42-43 dollars. I couldn't find it in stores, had to order from their website. I give the product two thumbs up.
