Default (2001 LS) Missing at highway speeds.

So my car has this issue that seems to only get worse depending on how warm the engine is.

Things I have tried

- Replaced plugs and wires with OEM parts and checked the gaps
- Replaced air filter
- replaced the fuel filter
- replaced injectors OEM
- replaced all three position sensors OEM
- replaced balancer OEM
- replaced EGR OEM
- replaced all vacuum hoses
- replaced all three coil packs OEM

I am probably leaving out some things I cant recall at the moment but I am stuck at this point and don't know where to turn other than a mechanic.

anyway, thanks in advance and here is a video I shot of whats happening.

I get a (P0341 Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit Range/Performance) code But I have replaced the Camshaft sensor and tested it and seems to function within spec, But the symptoms did not change.

I would resolve the cam sensor code before going further. If you replaced the sensor and the new sensor passes all the tests, there has to be another reason for the problem. Perhaps a wire to the PCM is bad.
