Just lookin to c if anyone here has any ideas about what could be wrong seeing as how im at a dead end

Car is a 2000 buick le sabre, problem is inop drivers front window. I unplugged motor and tested the wires with my dvom and got 12 volts both ways when pressing switch so i ordered a new motor. got the new motor and installed it and the window is still inop so i tested the motor on passengers front and the motor worked. basically i have power and ground to the motor, a good motor and it still doesnt work. the next thing i did was check my connector to the motor. it is not burned and i removed the pins from the connector to check them and they appear fine. I am at a loss to as what could cause the good motor that has power and ground to be inop. any ideas are welcome.
