Default Will It Hurt To Put A Buick 3800 Engine Into My 2000 Monte Carlo Pace Car?

i had almost 200,000 miles on my mc pace car and im wondering if its possible to put a 3800 buick engine in it that has 0 miles on it? Because someone said gm engines are pretty much the same...someone plz let me know

What year is the 3.8 Buick Engine ?
If its a Series II L36 Engine it shouldnt be a problem

yeah... that GM engine is the same in all models... it'll work...
