Default 1980 260cui with dualjet 210 carb

I am using the v-8 engine from a 1980 Monte Carlo in a 1957 chevy truck.
I don't want to use more vacuum stuff than necessary. Does anyone on this forum know which vacuum functions that can be unused?
I would appreciate if somebody could post a vacuum diagram. The carburetor is a dualjet 210.

I am at work right now and my Chiltons manual is at home. When I get home tonight I will scan the vacuum diagrams and post them here for you. Unless someone beats me to it before I get home...LOL
BTW welcome to the forum!

Default dualjet 210

Thank you for your help.
Do you know what all the different abbreviations means?
And also, do you know which things that are not needed when putting the engine in an old car with no exhaust demands?
BTW I live in Sweden, have imported the pickup last year from US.

First of all, I apologize for not getting this posted sooner. Got home and fell asleep..lol
Secondly, I noticed I sent you the 4barrel carb diagram.
Attached is the 2 barrel diagram from my Chiltons manual.
Abbreviations:
vac- vacuum
egr-exhaust gas recirculation
tvs-thermostatic vacuum switch
pcv-positive crank ventilation
efe-early fuel evaporation
dvtr-diverter

I know in my 84 that my charcoal canister is no longer there and I have none of the air cleaner housing left (the round metal casing that that totally enclosed the air filter and was HUGE.)
There are people here who know much more than I about what can stay and what can go...lol
I'll tell you what I do (and not that it is the right way to go about it but its how I learn); I start removing stuff and if the car runs, I leave it off. If it causes the car to stop, it goes back on!!! I am not worried about emissions or gas mileage on my 84 as it is a drag car and I am not in California where they really have strict guidelines about combustion emissions.
I hope this helps you some and I really hope some of the other members can add their knowledge where I have either failed or did not give enough info.
