Default 07 Monte vibrating at low idle

I have an 07 Monte Carlo that recently started to vibrate when I come to a stop. It only does it when in drive or reverse, and idles fine in park and neutral. It has almost 69000 miles. I put a new air filter in. And also cleaned out where the MAF sensor is, and the 'throttle plate'? (not sure what it's actually called ). But none of these seemed to help. I unplugged the MAF to see if that was causing the issue but nothing changed. I purchased new plugs and wires but haven't been able to replace them yet. Any ideas on what else to do and if the plugs and wires will help??
