Default 06 - Both Rad Fans Running

On my 06, Both rad fans are running at high speed after start up (engine is at ambient temp). They will continue to run and will finally turn off, several minutes after key off / engine off. A/C is not on. Temp gauge never goes above normal.

I do have a DTC PO443 - Evap Purge Valve. Replaced valve, no change.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
