04 monte carlo ss monitoring system- help!

do all monte ss's of my year have oil monitoring and tire pressure monitoring? or was it just an additional option..

thanks much. yeah i had to hold the tune disp. button down for almost 15 seconds for the settings to come up. the manual was a tad misleading. thanks again
