03 ss with no tail nor dashboard lights

Default 03 ss with no tail nor dashboard lights
Hello,
I recently installed an aftermarket radio, and now I noticed that I have neither tail lights or dashboard lights.
I believe all the wires for the radio are connected correctly.
please help. also it is not the fuses....

Was everything grounded correctly?

how did you hook up your trigger power wire? is your radio always on and you turn it off, or did you hardwire it into something else so it would turn off with the car?
