Default 02 Sensor No voltage :(

Hello All,

I have a 2005 Monte Carlo SS. When driving at highway speeds there is RPM fluctuation (200-500) when you give a little throttle (not enough to make it downshift).

So I ordered a innova scan tool and was able to get some good (hopefully) information to help me figure out what is causing this. I will attach some information

Both 02 Sensors show no voltage over 340 seconds
Short term Fuel Trim (B1-S2) is pegged at 99%
Short term Fuel Trim (B1-S1) shows fluctuation as I suppose its suppose to

If you guys want any other information to possibly help, please let me know and I will add it in hopes to figure it out.

Matt

So, did the scanner show any trouble codes? Was this live time data?

And, just out of curiosity, what model of Innova did you get and for how much? Only asking because I bought the 3100e since it was only 89 dollars at Costco. Very good price about 2 years ago but now wish I would have gotten something with more functions.
