01 blower problem

Default 01 blower problem
i have a o1ss. the blower for my heat/ac will not work on 1 or 2, but will work on 3,4,5. it also doesn't blow much through the floor vents. what could the problem be?

Your problem is your blower motor resistor is toast. I had the same thing happen to me on my 97 Cavalier. Got a used one from the junk yard and now it works like a charm. I don't know where it's located on the Monte.

after blower motor continues after engine shuts down. wont stop till battery is diconnected.
