when i enter the on ramp on the highway my car lacks get up power while accelerating. this only happens after the car has been warmed up after about 45 minutes. has any one else have this problem. it only happens when the engine gets warmed up.

Get your cat tested.
The car could also probably benefit from a full tune-up. Last time anything was done? Because a car acting different when it is warmed up could be because the o2 sensors don't send signals until you reach operating temperature. This would mean that the car is just dumping fuel and then when the o2 sensors start to work they could be pulling too much back.
But I would start with the Cat, since they are KNOWN problems in these cars.
