Monte Carlo Nationals ... Past host cities ...

Been looking around the WWW trying to find out where they have traveled to the past 25+ years. I see last year in York, & 2012 in Johnson City, etc., but what about going back? Is there a list? Well, I am sure there is, just where to find ...

2010 it was in Richmond IN. A couple of years back it was in St. Louis and I know they were in Decator IL. I hope by 2013 they come back to the midwest - I don't want to travel more than 5-6 hrs.

2000 - Indianapolis, Indiana
2001 - Columbus, Ohio
2002 - Nashville, Tennessee
2003 - Elyria, Ohio
2004 - Bowling Green, Kentucky

I know the above years because I went to them with my parents when my Dad was a member and had his '72. Collinsville, Illinois was the location in 2009, then like you guys said; Richmond, Indiana in 2010 and York, Pennsylvania in 2011.

wow Cort, you really get around......

I went to Richmond, IN in 2010 and met a few great members, including the above attenedee, Cort...

Edit: I can't count out Justin(budsjlm) who drove from MN to meet me and do a "quickie" detail on my car for the show.......

My brother and I went to York, PA for the 2011 show, met a few more great members... Josh(jaws) Jason(the maniac) Mike(chibiblacksheep) who also attended with his girl Jenna and also the above attendee, Cort...

I want to go to next years Nats but things might be kinda tight on the budget, and with work it might not happen.......

I couldn't remember these two. Louisville sounds right for '99 but I'm not completely sure about that either. I was at these two shows as well, all from '97-'04. Was just a kid back then, '04 was the summer before my senior year of high school. Won some awards in '01, '02, '03, and '04 for my model cars.

This will be my 1st in 2012. Really looking foreward to it. Taking wife to Pigeon Forge afterward. Making a whole week and a half vaction out of it.

Actually, I've changed that now. I AM sure about that. 1999 was the year it was over Father's Day weekend ... and that WAS in Louisville. Dad, my sister and I attended, with my '76 and '79 MCs ... and, on the way home Sunday afternoon, we stopped at a Cracker Barrel and bought Dad lunch.
