SO where is everyone planning on staying for the GM Nats?

Partially due to the issue of the hit-n-run at the Hotel Carlisle (among other things), we're opting to stay somewhere else this year.

 

Some people man, dirt bags..

 

I hear ya Jason, LOADS of nice cars at this hotel, plus I think they have cameras too. Plenty of people hung out outside until late at night, so im sure if something ever happened at this one, someone would see.

 

Oh yeah we are out there til a good 1-2 in the morning, and even when we went inside other car groups were still out! haha

 

I called a ton of hotels (I think that one included). All but 2 told me they have no surveillance equipment !

Seriously, cheap security cam kits are nothing cost wise these days!!

The two I found were the new Holiday in has one. A County Inn & Suites (not the one closest to the show field) has one and claims they have a guy drive around the lot during the night.
Due to cost, I don't see us staying at either of those places. I'm just hoping my issue was a 1 time thing, never to be repeated! Became quit an ordeal through out the summer last year

 

Ok so who all going to this thing? I'm deff gonna be there, idk if Im gonna enter jack in. Dont know if I'm ready for this big of a show or now

 

I'll be there with turbo monte for sure. I'll get there Friday late afternoon and camp Friday and Saturday night and then drive home Sunday just like I do every year I can't wait for this weekend!!!
