Default NOTICES at top of page

Over the past couple of weeks (might be more) there is a notice banner at the top of the page with new user instructions. Is it just me or is it supposed to be there on every page? Thanks

Can you get a screen shot of the banner you're mentioning and post it?

The new members notice that pops up on EVERY PAGE. Does it need to be on every page? It loads slow and sorta of a pita. If it has to be on every page, ok. If not it would much nicer if it didnt have to be.

The notice still appears, even after becoming a full member.

That notice is set to display until your post count reaches 15. This is done to help new members who don't frequent MCF.com still have quick access to a couple good links/info for those not yet familiar with MCF.com.
