Default LQ1 stucks @3500RPM

Hi Guys´...
as a new member i enter the forum for some questions aboutt my 97´ 5th. Gen MC with the Z34 Option
The problem: The engine "stucks" @3500RPM an wont go higher. You can better seen it at this video:
I had changed many of the sensors to find out, whats going wrong, because my data ( i use the tech2 diagnostic tool) wont give me the answer. Also i have no references what the right data have to be.
Also changed the timing belt. Same result. Sparks are new, cables also...excet the upper O² sensor isnt new, because its hard to get acces to this. Maybe remove the intake...sometimes...

Last idea for me is remove the exhaust ... maybe the catalytic converter is broken...

has any of you experice with the LQ1 & his problems?
let me know...

If the Catalytic converter is plugged it will run doggy for sure.
Also will do that if you have a Vacuum leak. My son had a 97 with the 3.1 engine and it would barley run so I am looking it over and found the Vac hose was disconnected where it goes to the firewall on the drivers side.
You might want to invest in some Genuine GM Service manuals for the car. I will see if I can find a link to get some for you.
