Default Loud whirring noise with light vibration at 30mph

Hello guys I’m new to this forum. I have a 2007 LT model with about 61k miles on it that is has been been taken care of fairly well. Within the past week once I reach 30mph there is a loud whirring/whining noise that comes from the front end and I feel a light vibration in the gas pedal and the steering wheel. The pitch of the sound does not change at acceleration but once I let off and start to break it slowly the pitch. I’m not sure what this could be but if anyone has had anything like this happen let me know. Car did recently have a muffler replaced as well as the belt on it is about 1 year old

If you have eliminated your tire tread as being an issue, I too believe your wheel bearing is the culprit.
