I have a 2000 Monte Carlo and am having problems with the fans blowing on the radiator. I have installed the 2 new fans as a suggestion from a friend because one was not blowing and the air conditioner was not working correctly. I have checked all fuses from 10 to 25 amp and all are good.
Any ideas?

Sorry to read about your problem(s) & I hope one of our tech's see's your post (This Sunday).

Did you check to see `if you have a power source to your newly installed fans ? Did you do the install yourself ? Do you have a electrical tester to see if you have power going to the fans ?
