Wiring amp to speakers

Wiring amp to speakers
Hey all,
I'm planning on hooking up an amp to my new head unit (Farenheit TID-580), but I' have a question on how I"m supposed to hook up the door speakers to the amp. Do I have to run speaker wire from every speaker to the amp?
My head unit with the harnesses, had me hook up RCA cables that were labeled FR, FL, RR, RL, as in the speakers, front right, rear left etc...etc...,
Am I supposed to run RCAs from the harness to the amp???
My goal is the amplify the door speakers, and then use a seperate amp for the subs.
I love the new head unit, however it doesn't power the speakers the way the stock setup did with the stock amp.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!
