where to put my sub?

RMS Power Rating:
Max power output: 1800 watts x 1 chan.(2 ohm)
MOSFET power supply)
Remote subwoofer level control
so something along this line would be a better choice?
- 4 ohms: 750 watts x 1 chan.

That would be a better choice, but you don't need that much power if you don't want to spend the extra money to get it. Headroom is a good thing, but you don't need almost double what the sub can handle. If you know how to carefully set your gains, that amp will work fine and also give you room to upgrade if you chose to do so later, but it'll be pretty easy to blow your sub if you set the gain too high with that much extra power.
Generally you want to "match" RMS ratings when buying equipment but it doesn't need to be an exact match, so I should have been a little more clear...look for 400-500 watts RMS at 4 ohms so you have enough power but aren't spending extra money for power you don't need.

sorry to ask one more time i just want to be sure before i buy something but this would be better?
Amplifier Class : A/B
Number of Channels : 1-Channel
Maximum Power : 2500 Watts
RMS Power Output @ 4 Ohms : 580 Watts x 1-Channel
Max Power Output @ 4 Ohms : 1400 Watts x 1-Channel
Max Power Output @ 2 Ohms : 2500 Watts x 1-Channel
THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) : 0.01%
Signal-to-Noise Ratio (dB) : >103dB
Frequency Response (Hz) : 9Hz~50kHz
and i would just like to say i apprecriate all the help

its a boss amp and i know its probably not great quality as its one of the cheaper i can find but for my budget right now (apprentice) i cant really afford much more. hopefully when i start makin more money ill upgrade it. it might not be the best sound when im finished but its a start.

How much is that amp?
Boss is the last brand I'd suggest you get, I don't know how much that amp is but I'm sure it's not much less than this Infinity

So I'd highly suggest you save up a few more bucks and get something decent like that Infinity. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Well i owuld like to thank everyone for their help and advice. ive gone ahead and ordered the sub i had picked along with the amp suggested above. ill be trying to make the custom box to fit behind the wheel weld and if i find it fairly easy to do then im thinking of making one for the amp on the other side of the car. i figured ill take your advice and get the better amp because elctroonics is one thing ive always felt better to spend the extra money. and with the canadian dollar being as high as it it, great timing to. so thanks everyone.
