Thanks everyone for the feedback. At this point, I have decided the only addition I will make are the speaker grills (helps that's the direction I was leaning AND popular vote agrees). I am going to place this as a "fall" project. This way when I park the car for the winter, it will be OK to have the interior door panels out for a while.
