switching xm to sirius

just installed it for him today.works flawless.all i had to do was remove the xm box located in the passenger side of the trunk behind the carpet.screw the sirius box on the same mounting plate and use the plugs that came with the sirius box.you dont even need to install a new antenna.just snap off the yellow clip on the xm antennea and plug it into the sirius box.butoon it all back up and your all set.

To let you all know XM is going to be sirius in 2007 sometime if all goes well. I have the lifetime sirius no bills ever.

yep, got a letter from xm today, basicly siad they'll be merged by late '07 and there should be no need to buy a new reciever
