Default Steering Wheels

Has anyone swapped their steering wheels? I got rid of cruise control and I got a new cd player so none of my buttons are useful. I was thinking like an s10 wheel or something.

They make adapters that allow you to still use the steering wheel controls with an aftermarket deck if you want to go that route.

I added the audio buttons to mine then the adapter for my Pioneer nav unit (PAC SWI-PS or equivalent, found here: http://www.crutchfield.com/S-YPHV7lW...AC-SWI-PS.html). Been debating though swapping in a new wheel from an 06-07 Impala so I can have the advanced cell phone buttons too, but not sure if it would work or what kind of impact it would have on the SRS system. I'm pretty sure I have a dual stage bag now, but don't know about the inflation/deflation rate, windshield angle, and anything else that might go with it.
