Steering Wheel Buttons

Hello all, I am new to the forum. I recently purchased a 2003 Monte SS. The interior is in excellent condition except for the button on the steering wheel. How easy are they to replace? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the link. I desperately need to do this as well. Mine are basically gone. I already have the replacements, I just never wanted to mess with it.
