Sound System Plans

Very nice amp. Class D amp's are very clear, heck you won't even hear it coming on. I like the fact that they don't draw as much current as the class a/b, staying nice and cool. Nice choice!
Btw, check the pricing here, cheaper than Crutchfield!

The seller is amazon.com. I've bought electronics through them before and I've always been pleased with the purchase. In the link they aren't graded by the BBB like the others, so I can only speak from my own experience.

Agreed. If you have a well built system it should be able to handle whatever you throw at it. just highs outta the amp'd insides would be wayyy to tingy for my ears. i had that setup before i amp'd my insides. after, i learned what a real sound system sounds like. that is, i had my setup for sound quality, not SPL. nonetheless, it still dropped hard.
These two suggestions, that you should take all the bass out of your speakers and have it all come from the subs, and to have front speakers play highs and rears play mids, are the perfect example of the subjective nature of car audio. It would be absolute murder to my ears having to listen to a system based on either of those suggestions, but hey, different strokes for different folks.

if you plan to buy from sonicelectronix, check out his ebay page. same stuff, just a smidge cheaper. i've talked to him numerous times about getting a pioneer dnx5140 with all the gear to setup and install in my car. only $646 shipped! thats coming soon.....if my football bets go through this weekend, sooner than i thought too!
