Running main power lead.???

Where in the firewall did you guys go through to run your main power wire for your aftermarket stereo amplifiers in the trunk? I was thinking drilling through by the main wire harness in the passenger side by the floor going up to the firewall? Would that work?
Any input much appreciated! I just don't want to screw this up! lol

i had to drill, i drilled on the drivers side about 5" below and 3" to the right (as your on the front of the car looking at it) the master cylinder. just make sure to put a grommet on the hole you make or eventually it'll wear down to the bare wire and screw everything up

on the 6th gens i did mine threw the fire wall in about the center and it came threw about where the floor dips for the pass. foot well
Also you dont have to drill it to make it go threw there. go ot the person you love to hate the most and steal thier anttna off thier car. Just make sure it is one with the ball on top. this allows it to push threw the rubber on the fire wall and also when you tape the wire to it you cna push it or pull it threw there with out losing it.

Mine's an 02.. you talkin that big *** rubber grommet in the middle of the engine side firewall? I was lookin at that, but I'm not sure if I can shove a 0-gauge wire thru there or not!! Sounds worth a try tho!

yep tha tbe the one. and you cna get one threw there i have "0" guage power leads on mine.
like i said ya need a good strong ant. from the neibors car LOL
i had to tape mine once and it came off so i cheated soem i used a small Zip Tie and then taped over that so it could not hang up on stuff.
