Decided to put some new door speakers into the 01 Monte SS after the girlfriend decided to turn the bass up as high as the stock deck would allow and ended up blowing them out. Picked up some 6.5" 2 way Pioneer speakers for $60(ish) bucks at Best Buy, Can't believe the difference. Installation was a bit of a pain (Our door panels are poorly designed!) Got it all in and done in about 2 hours. Pretty easy once you get those damn panels off. Just thought I'd share with everyone! Hope it's going well.
