06 & 07 may be a little different from the 00-05's but here's a write up on my 06.

1) pull up on front of rear seat to "pop" the mount out of the holder
2) pull on the middle piece between the seat back and the seat itself. they are screwed in place so you'll have to tug pretty hard but they'll come. the 2 mounts are just to the inside of the child seat mounts.
3) once the middle strip is out you'll see a couple pretty heavy duty bolts (5/8 i think and about 2 in long) that go into the metal. Mine were CRAZY tight, i used a ratchet with about a 6 inch extension, broke the bolt loose but it was still pretty tough to turn until it was completely out. you should be able to remove the seat now.
4) put back rest's down to reveal the 4 10mm bolts. Undo these and the plastic that goes across should be a little more bendy.
5)go back down to the metal that was covered by the strip mentioned in step 2 & 3 and take out the nuts that hold in the seat belt receivers and the one that's the same size in between the seat belts and you should be able to take the back rests/center arm rest out. Careful, it's pretty heavy, awkward shaped, and has metal on the bottom that'll scratch the s*** out of the plastic trim by your door jam.
6) take a torx bit (it was the biggest in my set) and take off the seat belt mount for the front driver and passenger.
7) take a flat head screwdriver and GENTLY pry on the center square on the hanger hook. pry once and it'll come out about 1/4 inch, pry against the second wall abd it'll come out completely.
8) pull on the pillar part of the plastic trim and the clip's will eventually give. there is a clip right by the seat belt mount and one on the other side of the side windows. careful of the defrost wires when you pull these out.
9) take out the push pins that hold the rear deck in place and take the seatbelts out of the molding on the rear deck. Now you're good to pull the rear deck out to reveal your 6x9's and everything else.

this should help. . . i just replaced my 6x9's and it's still pretty fresh. . . . any ?'s just ask....

Sounds the same, only problem is on 2., I broke the clips. 3, I'm stuck, my weak pansy a** self can't get the bolts off and I've used every tool I own, gator grip and all.

I just replaced my 6x9s as well but I didn't go through the whole spiel. Fortunately, I never put the bolts back in behind the fold down seats because they're somewhat pointless. I just pulled the rear deck up & out. Getting it in is a bit of a PITA, but it's quicker and easier than taking out the entire seat.
