Wow I love how that headunit looks. It fits in there so perfect. Just curious, are the monte stereos considered Din 1.5 or double din?

 

their might be some custom rom's out their for the head unit, but i'd be carefull about flashing custom roms, bricking a 1800$ deck can't be fun i imagine :P

 

Thanks. 6th gens should be considered a double din considering I put a double din. Most people think double dins are huge but their not really lol..

 

yeah, very few cars don't use the DIN standrard, and even if they don't they usialy offer addapter bays that'll allow it, like the mozda 3, which i must admit they sure do make deck installs easy and hard at the same time. they are very easy to get out, but the wiring is a pain because they use like 16 or 18 gauge wite for their harness, isntead of the 14 and 12 that the more american brands use.

hah. I have a video but my memory card went full so its in 2 parts but im not 100% on me liking it so I plan on taking another in 1 video to show. I plan on taking 1 tomorrow while I take a break from detailing a customers car.
