is it possible to put 2 amps up to 1 sub that are different rms rating? or is that just asking for something bad to happen?

 

Honestly I would never put to NONIdentical amps together... like you said its asking for something bad to happen lol.

Im not saying it would not work but I just wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered Some of my speakers for my custom door panels that I will have done. Im going to run 1 Rockford Fosgate T1 6.5" component separates, 1 Rockford Fosgate T1 4" in each door so together is the pair of them. (ive ordered those). But im still deciding whether to go with Rockford Fosgate P2 8" subs in the doors or JL Audio w3v3 8" in the doors. 1 sub in each door. The P2 are the power fullest 8" Rockford Makes... The price for the Rockford is cheaper so for now im leaning toward those, but I believe the JL are better... SUGGESTIONS...

As far as the door goes.. the top half of the door will mostly stay the same. The bottom half will have to fiberglass. And parts of the door will be sueded with black to match the trunk.

I will be needing another 4 Channel amp in the mix.. Im looking at the Rockford Fosgate Power T600-4 but there kinda expensive..

 

Never mind on the Rockford T600-4 I just picked one up of SMD Forums at a good deal... Lots of good stuff over there for sale in the Car electronic section if anyones looking for anything.
