Default kenwood dvd/gps touchscreen

anybody looking for a kenwood dnx 5120? its a dvd/gps touchscreen. its 2DIN. Im looking to get one from a guy who owns www.sonicelectronix.com If anyone else is interested, i might be able to get a group buy going for all of us. let me know on a post if your seriously interested, and i can see what price he would be willing to do for us. i got him down to 549+ free shippingfor it just for me, lower probably if i can get more buyers! its a great unit, 6.1 inch touchscreen built in dvd + nav all in one unit. will fit 00-05 monte's, not sure on other years.

if your car has bose and onstar, it will require a special adapter. the same goes for if you just have onstar, and not bose.

heres a link so you can take a peek:

if your interested in other stuff, just post it here and i can see what price i could get you.

I have onstar but its not enabled. It doesn't look like its a flip-out, Is It? Do you think i will need the adapter if my onstar isn't enabled?

its not a flip out. its just a straight 2din. i also have onstar but its not enabled. if you dont get the adapter, your door chimes will no longer work. So get the adapter, and that way everything will still work for you. also, you'll need the adapter anyways if you have the bose system in your car.

I have the adapter installed to my car for the bose, onstar and the chimes. but once you install aftermarket amp for your speakers and use rca wires it doesnt chime anyway, thats what i wanted it for so it is kinda pointless.

ya i dont want a flip up either because i've seen pics of them installed in our cars and the flip up completely blocks the middle vents on our cars. It only takes an installation kit to get it to fit. no problems. pretty easy. shouldnt require any cutting or anything. the one im getting is a 6.1 inch. not a full 7 inch. has dvd/gps all in one. not seperated like most others.REALLY good for the price. most others are 400 for the dvd touchscreen and an extra 400-500 for the gpsadd on. kenwoods are a solid company for dvd touchscreens. i've done the research and read like a million reviews. people have a lot of problems with the cheap brand touchscreens (dual, pyle, etc...) the ones on ebay and such for like 299. go the extra mile for the quality with kenwood or alpine. i just so happen to like the kenwood model. its the kenwood dnx5120. $549 bucks free shipping.
