JL Audio Clean Sweep (Factory amp bypass needed???)

This might be a stupid question but, what would happen if I just un plug the factory amp and install my new amp? Without using some sort of bypass.

Unless you ran new speaker wire to all your speakers I don't think you'd get any sound. You'd also lose the message center abilities too.
