JENSON UV8020 double din (HELPPPP please)

Default JENSON UV8020 double din (HELPPPP please)

i got a good deal on this head unit... but iv been trying to make it fit for like 2 weeks now... i guess im just a loser. every thing is wired right... just the head unit wont go back far enough to put my dash back in... i think its hitting the duct work ... but i dont know how i could fix this.. if anyone could give me any tips it would help a million =] also i drive a 2004 monte thanks again...

When I installed my radio's installation kit, being that my HU is a one din unit, I had to do some trimming to the plastic below the duct to make the kit fit. I don't know how long your unit is but it appears that it may be to long and it's hitting that plastic baffle. I used a dremel tool to do the trimming, but was watchful of not trimming too much 'cause I used that same plastic baffle to support the kit from sagging too much. BTW, are you using a double din kit?

right now i didnt put the double din kit on .. but i think im going to try that tonight or tom. =] thanks a lot ill see what i can do...

I thought GM radios were 1.5 din, not double??
